Employers must take corrective action whenever unsafe conditions or practices are found.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-black-color has-text-color has-link-color wp-elements-2 wp-block-paragraph\" style=\"font-size:15px\"><strong>Who Needs to Conduct Safety Inspections<\/strong><br>The F&amp;IU Ordinance requires employers in factories, construction sites, industrial workplaces, and other high-risk environments to conduct regular safety inspections. This applies to any workplace where there are potential hazards, such as unsafe machinery, poor housekeeping, inadequate safety measures, or dangerous work practices.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Safety inspections help employers:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Detect risks before they cause accidents or injuries<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Ensure compliance \u898f\u5b9a\u50f1\u4e3b\u5fc5\u9808\u5b9a\u671f\u9032\u884c\u5b89\u5168\u6aa2\u67e5\uff0c\u4ee5\u8b58\u5225\u6f5b\u5728\u5371\u5bb3\u3001\u9810\u9632\u610f\u5916\u4e8b\u6545\u4e26\u4fdd\u969c\u50f1\u54e1\u5065\u5eb7\u3002\u4f8b\u884c\u6aa2\u67e5\u6709\u52a9\u65bc\u78ba\u4fdd\u5de5\u4f5c\u74b0\u5883\u7b26\u5408\u6cd5\u4f8b\u8981\u6c42\uff0c\u4e26\u70ba\u50f1\u54e1\u63d0\u4f9b\u4e00\u500b\u5b89\u5168\u7684\u5de5\u4f5c\u5834\u6240\u3002\u50f1\u4e3b\u4e00\u65e6\u767c\u73fe\u4e0d\u5b89\u5168\u60c5\u6cc1\u6216\u505a\u6cd5\uff0c\u5fc5\u9808\u7acb\u5373\u63a1\u53d6\u7cfe\u6b63\u63aa\u65bd\u3002<br><\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 style=\"font-size:15px\"><strong>\u8ab0\u9700\u8981\u9032\u884c\u5b89\u5168\u6aa2\u67e5<\/strong><br>\u300a\u5de5\u5ee0\u53ca\u5de5\u696d\u7d93\u71df\u689d\u4f8b\u300b\u898f\u5b9a\uff0c\u5de5\u5ee0\u3001\u5efa\u7bc9\u5730\u76e4\u3001\u5de5\u696d\u5834\u6240\u53ca\u5176\u4ed6\u9ad8\u98a8\u96aa\u5de5\u4f5c\u74b0\u5883\u7684\u50f1\u4e3b\uff0c\u5fc5\u9808\u5b9a\u671f\u9032\u884c\u5b89\u5168\u6aa2\u67e5\u3002\u9019\u9069\u7528\u65bc\u4efb\u4f55\u5b58\u5728\u6f5b\u5728\u5371\u5bb3\u7684\u5de5\u4f5c\u5834\u6240\uff0c\u4f8b\u5982\uff1a<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<ul
